Sam is an Associate Facilitator and Culture Change consultant with over 30 years’ experience working with individuals, teams and organisations. Having spent the first half of her career in global commercial leadership roles, Sam chose to focus her attention on working with organisations to create more inclusive cultures.
Working in a leadership role around strategy and change at the CIPD – the professional body for HR and people development – Sam co-led culture change work around what it means to be both an HR professional and an organisation that champions better work and working lives. Sam now works with organisations from across the profit and not-for-profit sectors.
In addition to her work with LeadersPlus, Sam also works as an inclusion consultant for a disabled-led organisation that champions equity, diversity and inclusion. Clients include United Nations World Food Programme, NHS Leadership, UK Civil Service in addition to corporate clients. Sam is also co-chair and Trustee for Relate West Sussex.
Sam has a first degree in English and Philosophy, an Advanced Facilitator certificate from Roffey Park Institute and is currently working towards a Masters in Community Psychology. She is also the mother of two daughters, now aged 21 and 19.
