The evidence suggests that for new parents, the line manager is the most important person to determine whether or not they stay in the role and whether they continue to progress in their careers despite the odds.
That's why Leaders Plus is looking to develop a bank of case studies and interviews with outstanding line manager role models nominated by direct reports to inspire and support their line manager colleagues. Please put anyone forward who fulfills the criteria below.

- has gone above and beyond to provide support
What will Leaders Plus do with this information?
If the nomination is successful, Leaders Plus will get in touch with the person making the nomination to ask for an introduction to the line manager with a view of conducting an interview or a case study which will be made available to other line managers.
Leaders Plus may not be able to respond to every single nomination.
