Leaders Plus | Become a Leaders Plus Mentor

Senior leader Mentors are key to our award-winning Fellowship Programme.

Feedback from our Fellows shows that the mentoring relationship is one of the most powerful influences of the Programme, with many staying in touch long after graduation. We are currently looking for new senior leaders Mentors (Director level and above) and specifically individuals who:

• Have combined leadership careers with looking after young children.

• Are personally passionate about supporting leaders with babies and young children to thrive in their careers.

• Have colleagues who are willing to sponsor the Fellow if the situation arises.

*Many of our past Mentors have personal experience of issues affecting working parents. For examples, going through fertility treatment at work, advocating for job shares, working flexibly etc.
