Verena Hefti MBE is the multi-award-winning CEO of our social enterprise Leaders Plus and host of the five star rated Big Careers Small Children podcast. She has supported parents and employers from varied organisations such as HSBC, BT, Birthrights, the BBC, Salvation Army, the NHS and many others. She is an expert in equal access to career progression and supporting working parents and has received an MBE for her services to equality. Verena also runs the award-winning Leaders Plus Fellowship Programme which supports ambitious working parents who wish to accelerate their careers.
