Alex O’Neill, Head of Customer Strategy, BT Consumer Division

Alex O’Neill, Head of Customer Strategy within BT’s Consumer division is a strategy leader with 13 years’ experience in the telecommunications and utilities sectors.

Her area of expertise is customer centric strategy, and she has developed extensive experience in her field during her time spent in industry and in management consulting.

Alex is a keen supporter of the deaf community and has recently joined the Board of Trustees at a London-based deaf charity.

Alex lives in South London with her husband and two daughters.
